Biography

I was born on 4th April 1999 in Amorpur, Sadiya, Tinsukia, Assam, into a loving family with my parents, my elder sister, and me. Growing up in a supportive environment, I developed a deep love for music, which soon became more than just a passion — it became my identity. My musical journey truly began in 2015, when I decided to follow my dream despite having no experience or confidence at that time. My debut song, “Menam Konenga”, was not just a track but the start of an exciting new chapter in my life. The strongest pillar of support in this journey has always been my mother, who encouraged me when many doubted my path. Another guiding light has been Tinling Gindu Borang (TGB) sir, who mentored me, believed in me, and gave me opportunities to record songs professionally. Over the years, I have recorded more than 17 songs, including the popular hit “Level Girimang”, which gained recognition across Assam and Arunachal Pradesh. I take pride in singing in Assamese, Mising, and Galo, which allows me to connect with diverse audiences and celebrate cultural richness through music. Music is not only my passion but also my voice, my soul, and my way of touching people’s hearts. And this is just the beginning — my journey continues. – Kaling Nitom Singer & Performer
